How does expert assistance with augmented reality work? Once a fault has been detected, a specialist initiates a video call via the app. An expert provides voice guidance for the specialist’s actions and at the same time makes graphic notes that are displayed right on the caller's screen.

Experts consider augmented reality to be one of the most promising technologies used for the digitalization of modern production in various industries. We have combined a wide area of AR utilization with the expertise of our developers to create our own product. It enhances companies’ efficiency.

Prompt assistance

The main goal of XR Adept is to provide expert assistance asap when the working process is at risk due to faulty equipment. Just one call via the app, and the staff receives clear instructions on how to solve the problem.
In normal operation mode, the application is used for staff training, knowledge testing, and new employees’ onboarding. A well-developed action algorithm in a critical situation and an instructions database will minimize the downtime resulted from accidents.

When working with the smart glasses, an additional screen appears in front of the user's eyes, which does not interfere with the user’s vision. The application allows you to get instructions or open saved ones using voice-activated control. An expert can take screenshots and indicate the faults therein. By following these guidelines, the field employee will fix problems in the real time mode.
