Project objective
The first version of the Alfa Mobile app for Windows Phone was released in 2012 and has not been updated ever since. Four years later Alfa-Mobile on iOS and Android platforms went far ahead. The negative feedback of users in the store was rising. It was high time to choose weather to shut down the application for Windows or urgently improve to the level of applications on leading platforms. The decision to develop the application was made.
Task prioritization
- A list of priority features was drawn up based on usage statistics for iOS and Android applications. To reduce the release time it was decided to launch a new feature set in three releases, maintaining compatibility with the older versions on Windows Phone. 80% of the most popular features have been added to the application for three releases.

Transactions grew
Windows Phone users got an up-to-date mobile bank, and Alfa-Bank received many positive reviews in the Windows Store. As a result, the audience grew by 10%, transactions - by 15%.
